Long and narrow, this 12-cup, 13.75-inch pan is ideal for baking homemade breads and cakes.
- Commercial-weight steel to provide even and gentle heat distribution for consistent browning and baking.
- The 2-layer nonstick interior and exterior coating eliminates the need for flouring pans, resulting in baked goods with a smooth crumb. It also allows for quick and easy release.
- Kaiser's magnum coating allows for cutting in the pan without damaging the surface. The magnum coating is not affected by acidic or citrus foods, and it allows for easy release when lightly coated with butter or oil.
- 10% shorter baking time in comparison to tinplate pans.
- Made in Germany.
Use and Care
- All Kaiser Bakeware pans are safe up to 450 degrees F in the oven.
- Brush thin layer of butter or oil on interior of pan prior to each use. The butter guarantees perfect release and promotes a smooth, tightly sealed crust, even browning and good flavor. No need to line the pan with parchment paper or dust the pan with flour, which can produce an unattractive white crust.
- Designed to provide perfect release when removing baked goods from pan. Magnum coating designed to withstand cutting. Any utensils, including sharp knives, can be used in the pan without damaging the surface.
- Clean with hot water, soap and a soft sponge/dishcloth. Avoid using abrasive cleansers. Dishwasher not recommended.
